United Autos has increased the price of its US150 motorcycle by Rs. 60,000, now priced at Rs. 330,000. This comes months after its affordable launch. Surprisingly, this hike comes amid a strengthened Pakistani rupee against the US dollar.
In contrast, the Electric Vehicles (EVs) market in Pakistan is expanding, with companies like Yadea launching e-bikes.
Yadea recently opened its first Lahore showroom, introducing the T5 electric scooter at Rs. 245,000 with a 105KM range.
The company plans to expand its showroom presence and introduce more e-bike models in the near future.
