Karachi – Suzuki has raised the prices of its popular models, Alto, Cultus, and Swift, in Pakistan. The increase, as per the automaker’s notification, is significant and could impact sales in the country.
The price of Suzuki Alto VX has gone up by Rs 80,000, now priced at Rs 2,331,000.
Alto VXR and VXR AGS will cost Rs 2,707,000 and Rs 2,894,000 respectively, each witnessing an increase of Rs 95,000. The Alto VXL AGS now stands at Rs 3,045,000.
For Suzuki Cultus, the AGS variant sees the highest increase, up by Rs 180,000, setting its new price at Rs 4,546,000. The Cultus VXR is now priced at Rs 3,858,000.
According to the report, as for the Suzuki Swift, both GL MT and GLX CVT variants see an increase of Rs 85,000, now priced at Rs 4,421,000 and Rs 5,125,000 respectively.

The company’s spokesperson justified the decision, noting that despite challenges like plant closures and currency devaluation, they had not raised prices for about a year.
