Pakistani actress Saba Faisal is known for her influential roles in Humsafar, Lashkara, and Zara Yaad Kar. She revealed how she took a firm stand for Pakistan during her appearance on Good Morning Pakistan.
She revealed that she turned down an Indian commercial offer, choosing principle over promotion. Despite being shortlisted for the ad two months ago, Saba withdrew as soon as the team asked her to audition.
“I refused immediately because of my packed schedule,” she said. The coordinator expressed shock and told her that even “big celebrities” audition, but Saba stood her ground.

With tensions rising after the Pahalgam incident, she expressed relief over her decision. “Thank God I declined. We actors already face enough accusations. Even if they had selected me, I would have rejected it,” she said firmly.
Saba didn’t just play with her words when she spoke about her patriotism. “Nida, I am watching everything on social media. Their pages are writing and talking so badly about Pakistan. For me, Pakistan is everything. I stand for Pakistan.”
By rejecting the offer, Saba Faisal shows that integrity remains a valuable asset in the entertainment industry. She chose loyalty to her country over fame, proving that artists can uphold their values, even when professional opportunities come knocking from across the border.
