NADRA Eliminates Fee for Death Certificates in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD – Providing a sense of relief to the citizens of Pakistan, the National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) has eliminated the fee for death certificates.

The Interior Minister of the country, Mohsin Naqvi, declared the decision to abolish the fee for death certificates for all Pakistani citizens.

Naqvi recently paid a visit to the NADRA headquarters, where he conducted inspections of various departments. He also instructed officials to establish offices throughout the country, following the model of model police stations implemented in Punjab.

During his meeting with NADRA officials, Mohsin Naqvi instructed the exemption of fees for death certificates to ease the burden on the people. He emphasized the utmost security of people’s data.

The Minister also commended the performance of NADRA Chairman Lieutenant General Muhammad Munir Afsar.
