Abu Dhabi’s EIH introduces ‘Ethmarati,’ offering 700+ job opportunities for Emiratis at Tawdheef X Zaheb 2023, emphasizing workforce development and diverse career prospects.
Abu Dhabi’s Ethmar International Holding (EIH) PJSC has unveiled the ‘Ethmarati’ program, announcing over 700 job opportunities for Emirati individuals. Launched at the Tawdheef X Zaheb 2023 exhibition, the initiative underscores EIH’s commitment to Emirati workforce development, extending job prospects within EIH and its diverse subsidiaries.
The ‘Ethmarati’ program aims to equip Emiratis with valuable knowledge, fostering greater employability, especially in the private sector’s dynamic landscape. This initiative aligns with EIH’s dedication to cultivating local talent and contributing to the professional growth of the Emirati workforce.
EIH’s extensive portfolio spans multiple industries, including travel and tourism, oil and gas, technology, marketing communications, real estate, facility management, drone solutions, human capital, and procurement services. The ‘Ethmarati’ program reflects EIH’s ongoing participation in annual events and exhibitions dedicated to providing Emiratis access to employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.
Ali Elgebely, Managing Director and Group CEO of EIH, expressed enthusiasm about the ‘Ethmarati’ program, emphasizing its alignment with the UAE leadership’s Emiratisation vision. He highlighted the program’s role in supporting Emirati youth’s skill development and their increased involvement in the private sector.
