Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of administrative procurement experience
- SAP experience, vendor management, contract administration, analysis, and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and Arabic

Position: Procurement Service Center Admin/Specialist
Employment: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Facilitate procurement transactions and administrative duties to ensure business continuity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and create contracts and price lists
- Manage vendor creation and master data
- Process purchase orders and handle work item resolutions
- Implement operational procedures and drive continuous improvement
- Perform data analytics and spend reporting to support the procurement team
Salary
AED 18,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
