Google is set to launch “Digital Pasban” in Pakistan on Thursday, an initiative focused on helping families protect children from online dangers and create safer digital experiences, according to a report.
The initiative is expected to be introduced during Google’s “Safe Raho with Google” event. The company will discuss ways parents can deal with online safety issues, including inappropriate content, cyberbullying and other digital threats.
Google executives Farhan S. Qureshi and Wilson White are also scheduled to take part in a question-and-answer session and media briefing after the presentation, the report said.

The launch comes as internet and smartphone use continues to grow in Pakistan, giving children greater access to digital platforms for education, communication and entertainment. Digital Pasban is expected to provide parents with practical guidance and tools to help children develop safer online habits.
