“It’s the 17th cake I’ve enjoyed cutting with you, Mashallah! Just counted on my fingers and can’t believe I’ve been right next to you celebrating your birthday every year since 2009.

Ayeza also organized a small surprise at home, setting up a strawberry cream cake with the help of her daughter, Hoorain.

Upon their arrival, Rayan thought the surprise was for him, so we had to play it off as a little surprise brunch for the ‘boys’ rather than for Danish’s birthday.
