Fawad Khan has some exciting new projects coming up. He signed two films announced at Seattle’s Tasveer Film Market, an event dedicated to South Asian films.
The first project is “Behind The Scenes”, a gripping dark comedy set in a busy newsroom.
The second is “The Prisoner”, a crime thriller based on Omar Shahid’s popular novel. The story is set in the 1990s and follows two brave police officers.
Fawad plays one as they try to dismantle a political party in Karachi that functions like a mafia.
Additionally, Awedacious Originals has acquired a documentary film, “Disruption”, produced by Sarvnik Kaur, which explores the conflict between an Indian farmer and a British corporation.
