The Punjab School Education Department has introduced new school timings for public institutions across the province, with immediate effect.
According to the updated schedule, schools will follow a revised routine from Monday to Thursday to better organize academic activities.
Single-shift schools will run from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm. For double-shift schools, the morning session will be held from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm, while the afternoon session will take place from 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
All Chief Executive Officers (DEAs) in Punjab have been directed to make sure these timings are followed properly.
