The Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program (JJ/WBGSP) is currently offering a fully funded scholarship opportunity in collaboration with the World Bank Group and Japan.

- First Window: January 15, 2024, to February 29, 2024
- Second Window: March 25 to May 24, 2024
Coverage of Expenses
Successful applicants will receive a comprehensive scholarship package covering:
- Economy class air travel between the student’s home country and the host university.
- Two-way airfare with an additional travel allowance of US $500 per trip.
- Full tuition for the chosen graduate program.
- Cost of medical insurance.
- Monthly stipend to cover various expenses, including accommodation, food, and books. The stipend amount varies based on the country of study.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the JJ/WBGSP, applicants must:
- Be nationals of a developing country (refer to the World Bank’s list of developing countries).
- Have completed a bachelor’s degree program.
- Hold nationality from a country listed by the World Bank.
