The National Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) retake in Sindh has faced another controversy.
Ary News reported that the exam was leaked on social media before it officially began.
However, the provincial caretaker health minister, Dr. Saad Khalid, denied the accuracy of the reports, stating that there was no paper leak.
Additionally, candidates experienced issues with the online portal for the test. Some students mentioned discrepancies, where despite passing, they were marked as failed on the portal.
Recall that the decision to retake the MDCAT was made by the provincial government following confirmation of a previous paper leak. Strict actions were promised against those involved. Now, with reports of another leak, it remains to be seen if a new inquiry will be initiated.
