The Sindh Education and Literacy Department has modified school timings once again in response to the prevailing cold weather.
Initially set to start at 8:00 am, the timings were adjusted to 8:30 am and later revised to 9:00 am. This change will be effective until January 31.
However, schools in Karachi will continue to open at 8:30 am. Meanwhile, the Interim Punjab Chief Minister, Mohsin Naqvi, declared that schools will resume on January 10 due to the ongoing winter wave.
During January 10 to 22, schools in Punjab will start at 9:30 am, with a recommendation for students to wear warm clothing.
