The pre-wedding celebrations for Sheheryar Munawar and his fiance Maheen Siddiqui continued with a cozy mayun ceremony at the bride’s home on Wednesday.
Maheen shared a few glimpses of the event on her Instagram handle at yesterday evening and expressed her gratitude for the love and support from her family on this special occasion.
For the traditional mayun look, Maheen looked radiant in a yellow gharara that appeared to be a treasured heirloom passed down from her grandmother. She paired the outfit with floral jewelry and kept her makeup natural. Sheheryar, on the other hand, wore a blue kurta by renowned designer Umar Sayeed, along with a matching shawl.

Rumors about their marriage started circulating earlier this year, but Sheheryar officially confirmed in a recent interview that he would be marrying Maheen by the end of December.
Their wedding festivities started last week with a small, star-studded dholki event hosted by Sheheryar’s close friends, actress Mahira Khan and filmmaker Asim Raza and then a grand qawwali night happened after that which was organized by Salman Iqbal, CEO of ARY Digital, and his wife Sonya Khan.
On the work front, Sheheryar is currently receiving a lot praise for his role as Rahim Nawaz in the drama serial Aye Ishq e Junoon, alongside Ushna Shah, Shuja Asad, and Mahenur Haider. The drama, directed by Qasim Ali Mureed and written by Sadia Akhter.
