Former actress and now entrepreneur, Sana Khan, shared the sorrowful news of her mother’s passing after a long battle with illness.
In an emotional post on Instagram on Tuesday, Sana informed her followers that her mother, Mrs. Saeeda, had passed away following years of health complications.
“Inna Lillahi Wa inna ilaih rajioon. My beloved mother, Mrs Saeeda, has returned back to Allah after struggling with a bad health condition,” she wrote.
She further shared that the funeral prayer, “Namaz-e-Janaza will be performed at Oshiwara Qabrasthan after Isha salat at 9:45 (p.m.),” and requested her fans to “pray for my mother.”
Many celebrities, including Aly Goni, Jannat Zubair, Gauahar Khan, Mehzabeen (wife of Munawar Faruqui), and her husband Zaid Darbar, visited Sana Khan’s home to offer condolences and support during this difficult time.
Sana Khan, known for her appearance in Bigg Boss and her role in Salman Khan’s Jai Ho (2014), stepped away from the entertainment world in 2020. That same year, she married Islamic scholar Saiyad and has since focused on family life, raising their two sons together.
