State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) is initiating the recruitment process for Assistant Director (OG-2) positions under the State Bank Officers Training Scheme (SBOTS) – 26th Batch.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a Master’s, Bachelor’s, or equivalent degree with at least 60 percent marks, domicile in specified regions, and be under 26 years of age (with certain relaxations).

Interested candidates meeting the criteria can apply online through the SBP website by the deadline of February 26, 2024. Applications must include all necessary information and documents.
Selection Procedure
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a series of tests and interviews. Before assuming positions as Assistant Directors (OG-2) at SBP, Karachi, the successful candidates will undergo training at the National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), Islamabad.
Compensation Package
During training, candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 41,000, which will increase upon successful completion of training.
