The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has issued a fresh advisory forecasting rainfall in the Punjab region, including Lahore, the provincial capital, over the next 24 hours. The advisory highlights rain, wind, and thundershowers expected in various cities, including Lahore, Murree, Rawalpindi, and others.
While some areas might experience heavy rainfall, other parts of the province are anticipated to have hot and humid weather conditions.
The Met Office has indicated the likelihood of rain, wind, and thundershowers in several cities within the Punjab region. These cities include Lahore, Murree, Galiyat, Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal, and more. Notably, heavy rainfall could occur at isolated locations in the Potohar region, as well as in Sialkot, Narowal, Lahore, Gujranwala, and Gujrat during the mentioned period.
