The Sindh College Education Department has announced new working hours for public colleges across the province, which will take effect from August 1. The revised schedule includes separate timings for morning and evening shifts.
Under the new timetable, morning classes will start at 8:30 am. Colleges will remain open until 1:30 pm on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, while on Fridays, the morning shift will conclude at 11:30 am.
The evening shift will run from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm on regular working days. On Fridays, evening classes will be held from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm.

The department has instructed all public colleges to follow the revised timings from August 1. The updated schedule is intended to support the smooth functioning of academic activities across government colleges.
