AirSial has announced walk-in interviews for cabin crew roles in Rawalpindi, giving aspiring candidates a chance to become part of Pakistan’s expanding aviation sector.
The airline said the interviews will take place on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the PC Hotel on Mall Road, Rawalpindi. Selected candidates will be based in Islamabad.
To be eligible, applicants must have completed Intermediate or A-Level education. The positions are open to female candidates between the ages of 18 and 25.
The minimum height requirement is 5 feet 2 inches, with a weight according to BMI standards. Candidates must be single, have strong communication skills in both English and Urdu, possess good interpersonal abilities, and maintain a well-groomed appearance.
Applicants are required to bring their original CNIC along with a copy, one passport-size color photograph, a fresh resume, and copies of their Matric and Intermediate or A-Level certificates.
