Gold prices in Pakistan fell on Tuesday, mirroring a decline in the international market. In the local market, the price of gold dropped by Rs1,100 per tola, bringing it down to Rs356,600.
The All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA) reported that the price of 10 grams of gold also decreased by Rs943, closing at Rs305,727.
This fall comes just a day after prices had climbed by Rs1,500 per tola on Monday, when gold reached Rs357,700.
On the global front, gold rates also edged lower, with the international price standing at $3,339 per ounce, including a $20 premium, reflecting a decline of $11, according to APGJSA.
