NADRA announces three new mega centers in Karachi

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced plans to open three new mega centers in Karachi by March 2026 to make registration and identification services more accessible.

The announcement came from NADRA Sindh Director General Aamir Ali Khan during an event at the University of Karachi.

He shared that the new centers will be established in Gulshan-i-Iqbal, Gulberg, and Surjani Town to provide greater ease for citizens.

Khan explained that NADRA is working to address public concerns by using technology and expanding its services across Sindh.

He highlighted that the Pak ID mobile application now allows many services to be completed from home, helping people save both time and effort.

He also stressed the importance of student and youth participation in spreading awareness about these new facilities and the benefits of digital platforms.

With the launch of these mega centers, waiting times are expected to shorten, and service delivery will become more efficient in Karachi, where NADRA offices often face heavy footfall and long queues.
