Punjab’s nine education boards are set to start the SSC Second Annual Examinations 2026 from October 6, with Class 10 written papers taking place first.
The Class 9 exams will begin on October 17, while the practical examinations are scheduled to run from October 30 to November 17.
The examinations will be conducted by the Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) in Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Multan, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan and Sahiwal.
According to the BISE Faisalabad date sheet, Class 10 written exams will continue until October 16. Class 9 students will appear in their written papers from October 17 to October 28.

Class 10 students will start their exams with Education on October 6, followed by English on October 7. The complete schedule is given below:

SSC Second Annual Exam Timings
Morning exams will start at 9:00 am, while afternoon papers will begin at 2:00 pm. On Fridays, the afternoon session will start at 2:30 pm.
Students have been advised to arrive at their examination centers at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start of their paper.
