Dr Mahnoor Nasir, who suffered injuries in an acid attack in Quetta, is expected to stay in the hospital for at least a month as doctors continue multiple surgeries for her treatment, according to the report.
According to medical sources, she sustained severe injuries to her lips and nose during the attack. A procedure has already been carried out on her lips as part of her ongoing care.
Doctors have planned a major plastic surgery for Tuesday, with additional reconstructive operations likely in the coming weeks.

Sources added that her condition is now stable and no longer critical, but her recovery will take time. She is also experiencing blurred vision, which an eye specialist is evaluating.
Her eye condition is under close observation as doctors continue treatment to check the extent of damage and manage any complications.
Medical experts said she will need several surgeries over the next month to repair the affected areas and support her overall recovery.
