A 25-year-old man climbed an electricity pole on Public School Road in Multan, raising alarm among locals and prompting an emergency response, as reported on Monday.
The 1122 Rescue Multan spokesperson said the man was seen standing on the pole while holding a knife. Rescue teams and other authorities arrived at the scene shortly after being informed.
Officials noted that the man has not communicated any demands or motives. Efforts are underway to safely bring him down, with rescue personnel handling the situation carefully to prevent any harm.
