The price of 24-karat gold per tola fell by Rs1,000, reaching Rs443,162, down from Rs444,162, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
Similarly, the cost of 10 grams of 24-karat gold dropped by Rs858 to Rs379,939. Meanwhile, 10 grams of 22-karat gold were priced at Rs348,290 after a decrease of Rs786.
In the international market, gold also slipped by $10, closing at $4,208 per ounce.
On the other hand, silver showed an upward trend. The price of 24-karat silver per tola increased by Rs81 to Rs6,085, while 10 grams rose by Rs69 to Rs5,216. Internationally, silver inched up by $0.81 to $58.13 per ounce.
