The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) reports that moist air is flowing into the upper and central regions of the country, while a westerly weather system continues to affect much of Pakistan.

These conditions are expected to bring scattered rain, gusty winds, and occasional heavy showers with hail to places like Chitral, Shangla, Dir, Swat, Malakand, Kohistan, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Peshawar, Bajaur, Swabi, Mardan, Charsadda, Khyber, Karak, Lakki Marwat, Bannu, Kohat, Hangu, Waziristan, and Kurram during the upcoming days.

In Peshawar, temperatures are forecast to range between 36°C and 38°C on Friday and 35°C to 37°C on Saturday.
