Pakistan Railways has announced updated departure times for several major trains running from Lahore to Karachi, as per the report.
According to the new schedule:
- The Karachi Express, which used to leave at 6:00 PM, will now depart at 10:00 PM.
- The Business Express has been rescheduled from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
- The Karakoram Express will now depart at 5:30 PM, instead of the previous 3:00 PM timing.
Passengers are encouraged to double-check the revised timings before heading to the station to avoid any inconvenience and to adjust their travel plans accordingly.
While Pakistan Railways has not given an official reason for the changes, such revisions are typically aimed at improving service efficiency or supporting ongoing infrastructure work.
