Karachi’s annual matriculation exams are scheduled to start on May 7, causing a mix of excitement and anxiety among students.
These exams, managed by the Secondary Education Board Karachi, will accommodate both regular and private candidates, with separate morning and afternoon sessions.
The morning session will host exams for 9th and 10th-grade science subjects from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, while private candidates will take their exams in the afternoon from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
With a huge 370,000 candidates expected to participate, strict measures are being put in place to ensure smooth conduct. Section 144 will be enforced around exam centers to maintain order and security.
To avoid any disruptions, K Electric will be asked not to conduct load shedding during exam hours. Moreover, hub centers have been set up across various districts of Karachi to ensure the timely delivery of exam papers.
