The ICC Chamipions Trophy proposed schedule has been revealed and it is confirmed that the Pakistan is the host nation, according to reports.
The tournament is scheduled to begin on February 19, with the first match between Pakistan & New Zealand at Karachi’s National Stadium.
The most awaited match of the tournament is the showdown between Pakistan Vs India on February 23, which will happen in a neutral venue due to the long history rivalry between the nations.

For the Knockout rounds, one semi-final will played in Lahore and the other will be held at a neutral venue. The final is scheduled for March 9 in Lahore but if India qualify then it may be relocated to neutral venue for logistical and diplomatic issues.
The ICC will continue to set India-Pakistan matches at neutral venues throughout the 2024-2027 rights cycle in accordance with it policy including the Champions Trophy 2025, the Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 and other future ICC tournaments.
In a recent meeting in Islamabad, the PCB Chairman shared some important updates on the Champions Trophy with the Board. According to sources, PCB has finalized the agreements with ICC and BCCI. While the formal document is pending, the finalized schedule for the tournament is expected to be revealed within the next two days.
