Hajj 2025: Imam-e-Kaaba prays for Palestine, defeat of its enemies

Sheikh Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah bin Humaid, Imam of Masjid al-Haram and a member of the Saudi Council of Senior Scholars, delivered a powerful Hajj 2025 sermon praying for the people of Palestine.

Speaking from Masjid al-Namirah on Thursday, he said, “O Allah, help people of Palestine and destroy its enemies.”

He also prayed for forgiveness for the martyrs of Palestine and asked for complete healing for those injured, acknowledging the heavy suffering caused by ongoing violence.

In his sermon, the Imam emphasized the importance of continuing prayers and paying zakat to support those in need.

He encouraged Muslims to care for their neighbors and highlighted Allah’s command to cooperate in goodness and practice piety.

Sheikh Saleh reminded worshippers to treat their parents with kindness and always speak the truth.

He called on them to show compassion toward orphans, widows, the needy, and neighbors, while warning that arrogance and boasting are disliked by Allah.

Believers were urged to stay true to their promises and commitments, with a caution that the devil seeks to create divisions among them. “Ibless is your enemy, avoid following him and keep praying to Allah,” Sheikh Saleh advised during the sermon.

Millions of pilgrims gathered at Mount Arafat to hear this important sermon, which marks a spiritually significant moment during Hajj.

The Arafat sermon, also known as the Hajj Khutba, unites Muslims worldwide, offering a time for reflection and renewed faith during this sacred journey.
