Karachi: The price of gold in Pakistan surged to an all-time high of Rs292,200 per tola on Saturday due to strong demand and rising global rates.
According to data from the Saraffa Association, the price of gold continued its upward trend in both local and international markets, marking another increase on the last working day of the week.
With a single-day jump of Rs400 per tola, the new price now stands at Rs292,200. Similarly, 10-gram gold saw an increase of Rs343, bringing its price to Rs250,514.
