Fiverr update: Firewall affected Pakistani freelancers

Fiverr, one of the leading freelancing platforms globally, reportedly suspended the accounts of numerous freelancers based in Pakistan.

According to reports, Pakistani social media users have been sharing screenshots showing Fiverr notifications that their gigs have been disabled.

Fiverr’s message explained that they understand the internet issues are making it hard for freelancers to work, so they’ve temporarily disabled their gigs, but their ratings shouldn’t be affected by the delay.

Fiverr has assured that the suspension is only temporary and won’t affect the ratings of Pakistani freelancers. In the meantime, people on social media are spreading screenshots of Fiverr’s announcement and sharing their thoughts on the situation.

Fiverr’s message to freelancers says, “We understand that internet services in your area have been disrupted, making it difficult for you to continue your activities. However, the delay in your orders Your ratings may not be affected, so we have temporarily disabled your gigs status.”
