Demi Lovato and musician Jutes, also known as Jordan Lutes, have recently announced their engagement, marking the joyful culmination of a year-long love story.

The Let It Go singer and guitarist Jutes went public with their romance in August 2022, and now, Page Six has confirmed their engagement after a year of dating.

Jutes, whose real name is Jordan Lutes, popped the question in Los Angeles on a Saturday, presenting Lovato with a stunning Material Goods pear-shaped diamond solitaire engagement ring.

Following a “personal and intimate proposal,” the couple celebrated at Craig’s, one of their favorite Los Angeles restaurants, surrounded by their families.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, Lovato expressed her overwhelming joy, stating, “I’m still speechless 🥹🥹 last night was the best night of my life, and I can’t believe I get to marry the love of my life @jutesmusic.

My love, I’m beyond excited to marry you… every day I’ve spent with you has been a dream come true, and I can’t wait to love and cherish you forever. Here’s to the rest of our lives. I love you baby 🥰.”

Jutes, a songwriter who contributed to several tracks on Lovato’s recent eighth album “Holy Fvck,” including Substance, Happy Ending, and City of Angels, co-wrote these songs with Lovato.

During the album’s promotion, Lovato expressed being in a “really good place” and hinted at writing “sappy love songs” inspired by their new relationship.

In various interviews, Lovato fondly referred to Jutes as their “sweet angel” and shared that they were friends for months before officially becoming a couple.
