The Bhatti Chowk Underpass in Lahore has been completed in just four months and opened to traffic, providing relief from the traffic congestion that has affected the Inner City and the area around Data Darbar for years.
The Punjab government said the project was completed under the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif and former prime minister Nawaz Sharif as part of efforts to improve Lahore’s infrastructure and traffic system.
The new underpass has made it easier for motorists and transporters to pass through the busy Bhatti Chowk area, helping reduce travel time and improving traffic flow.
