Islamabad Police announces traffic plan for cattle markets

Islamabad Traffic Police has issued a special traffic plan for Eid ul Azha to keep traffic moving smoothly around cattle markets in the federal capital.

According to the advisory, special arrangements have been put in place near temporary cattle markets to reduce congestion and ensure road safety during the Eid days.

More than 350 traffic officers and personnel will be deployed under the plan.

Citizens have been requested not to park vehicles along roads near cattle markets and to use the designated parking spaces instead.

The advisory added that traffic police officials will remain on duty in the field to assist commuters. People have also been urged to cooperate with traffic staff and follow the traffic plan to avoid inconvenience.
