A heartbreaking incident took place at a tourist spot in Abbottabad, where a teenage girl died after falling from a swing at the Harno picnic point, a well-known recreational area.
Police said the victim, aged between 17 and 18, was a matric student from Nawan Shehar. She reportedly fell from the swing and sustained fatal injuries.
After the postmortem examination, authorities handed over the body to her brother. Investigators are now trying to determine who accompanied her to the site and how the accident occurred.
Police have also registered a case against the park owner and manager on charges of manslaughter, holding them responsible for the tragedy.
