NADRA announces temporary suspension of services on November 2

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced that a scheduled system upgrade will take place on November 2, 2025 (Sunday) to improve service efficiency and user experience for citizens in Pakistan and abroad.

According to NADRA’s official notice, the Pak ID mobile app may experience limited access between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. due to maintenance work, with only a few features likely to be affected.

The authority also stated that NADRA services at Pakistani diplomatic missions worldwide will be temporarily unavailable from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. the same day, and operations will resume once the upgrade is complete.

NADRA said the maintenance is part of its ongoing efforts to make digital services smoother, faster, and more secure for citizens.

For more details or updates, the public can visit www.nadra.gov.pk or contact the NADRA helpline at 1777 (for mobile users) or +92-51-111-786-100. The authority apologized for any inconvenience and thanked citizens for their understanding during the upgrade.
