Punjab University has announced a tuition fee increase across several programs, with the new rates taking effect this month.
On average, students will face a 28% hike, though the rise varies by program. The steepest increase is for the LLM program, which will now cost Rs5,825 more, marking a 59% jump.
Undergraduate degrees like BSc, BCom, BBA, and MBA will see a 15% rise in fees. The D Pharmacy program fee has gone up from Rs18,000 to Rs23,000.
LLB students will pay 28% more, while the Medical Diploma program fee has been raised by 16%.
According to university officials, the revised fee structure has been approved by the syndicate and is being implemented this month.
