RAWALPINDI: The National Savings Centre in Rawalpindi is ready to conduct the third draw of the Rs750 prize bond on July 15, 2025, and bondholders across the country are eagerly awaiting the outcome.
The draw is scheduled to take place at 10:00 am, after which the list of winning numbers will be officially released.
Prize bonds are widely regarded as a secure and flexible investment in Pakistan, offering the added benefit of large cash prizes without the risk of loss, as they can be cashed in at any time.
Prize Details for Rs750 Bond:
- First prize: Rs1,500,000 (1 winner)
- Second prize: Rs500,000 (3 winners)
- Third prize: Rs9,300 (1,696 winners)
Winners can claim their prizes by visiting the nearest branch of the National Savings Centre. The prize bond scheme remains popular among the public as a safe investment option with the potential for unexpected returns.
The results of this third draw in July 2025 will be published by the National Savings Centre later today.
In the previous Rs750 draw held in April 2025, the first prize worth Rs1,500,000 went to bond number 261227, while the second prize of Rs500,000 was awarded to bond numbers 204763, 413549, and 992747.
Tax on Prize Money:
The federal government has revised the withholding tax rates on prize bond winnings and profits earned on savings.
According to an official notification, individuals who are tax filers will face a 15 percent withholding tax on any prize money. For those not registered as filers, the tax rate has been set at 30 percent.
