BISE announces new fee structure for certificate services

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Sargodha has updated its fee structure for certificate verification and other related services.

The announcement was made by Controller of Examinations Riaz Qadeer through an official notice issued on Thursday.

These changes, approved during a Board of Governors meeting held on June 26, 2025, are now in effect.

As per the revised structure, the fee for departmental and student certificate verification is set at Rs2,000 each, while personal verifications conducted within the country will now cost Rs3,500.

For those applying for duplicate certificates, the charges are now Rs5,000 for regular processing and Rs6,000 for urgent cases. Applicants seeking a triplicate certificate will be required to pay Rs12,000.

The fee for obtaining a duplicate result card has also been adjusted to Rs2,000 for standard processing and Rs3,000 for urgent requests.

Controller Qadeer explained that the revised fee schedule aims to standardize charges across services and better reflect the board’s current operational requirements.

These new rates will apply to all future applications submitted for certificate-related services through BISE Sargodha.
