The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted thunderstorms, rainfall, and strong winds in multiple cities later this evening. According to the forecast, most parts of Balochistan will experience cloudy conditions on Monday.
Quetta, Ziarat, Chaman, Mastung, and Pishin are expected to receive rain accompanied by thunder and snowfall in the mountainous regions.
Meanwhile, strong winds and thunderstorms are likely to hit Chaghi, Nushki, Khuzdar, Barkhan, Sibi, Hernai, Zhob, and Musa Khel.
Temperatures recorded in different areas reveal chilly conditions, with Quetta at 7°C, Kalat at 5°C, Ziarat at 3°C, Zhob at 9°C, Sibi at 14°C, Turbat at 19°C, Nokundi at 15°C, and Chaman at 12°C.
Along the coast, Gwadar recorded a minimum temperature of 18°C, while Jiwani stood at 19°C.
The weather system responsible for this spell of rain is expected to enter Pakistan through Balochistan today.
Additionally, strong winds and rain are forecast across Punjab from February 25 to March 1, with Murree and Galyat likely to receive snowfall and rain.
