The Punjab government has decided that it will now purchase only electric cars, ending the procurement of vehicles that run on petrol or diesel, according to a report.
As part of this move, Additional Chief Secretary Ahmad Raza Sarwar on Monday inspected various electric vehicles displayed at the Civil Secretariat. Different companies had manufactured these cars.
