Pakistan Railways has announced the resumption of train services in Balochistan and to other provinces after a one-day suspension.
Train operations for the Jaffar Express, Bolan Mail, and Chaman Passenger had been temporarily halted over security concerns. The Chaman Passenger departed Quetta for Chaman on schedule, and the Jaffar Express left for Peshawar as planned. Bolan Mail is set to depart Quetta on December 28.
Officials confirmed that the suspension lasted only one day and all services have now returned to normal. Earlier, on Thursday, services from Balochistan to other provinces had been halted due to security issues, resulting in the cancellation of Jaffar Express from Quetta to Peshawar and Bolan Mail from Quetta to Karachi.
