LAHORE: The plains of Punjab, including Lahore, are expected to see a gradual rise in temperatures throughout the week.
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country.
Under these conditions, isolated rain showers and gusty winds are expected in Multan, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, and Sahiwal on Thursday evening and night. Murree and Galliyat are likely to experience partly cloudy weather.
On Friday and Saturday, dry weather is expected to dominate Lahore and most districts of Punjab. The ongoing dry spell will contribute to a gradual increase in temperatures in the provincial capital and other lowland areas starting March 21.
Temperature Forecast:
Lahore’s minimum temperature is expected to range between 17°C and 19°C on Friday.
On Saturday, the minimum temperature will likely be between 18°C and 20°C.

Dry weather prevailed across Lahore and most districts of Punjab over the past 24 hours, although some isolated areas in upper Punjab received rainfall.

In Lahore, the minimum temperature was recorded at 16°C, while the morning relative humidity stood at 55%.
