Apple to open first official store in Pakistan this year

ISLAMABAD: After years of anticipation, Pakistani tech enthusiasts are finally set to experience their dream come true as Air Link Communication announced plans to open the country’s first official Apple retail store.

The news has created a buzz among Apple fans, as the store, expected to open by the end of 2025, will bring the brand’s premium shopping experience directly to Pakistan for the very first time.

Until now, Apple products have only been available through authorized resellers, but the new store will give customers direct access to iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and other Apple devices all in one place.

In addition to the Apple store, Air Link also plans to open a Mi Store, marking a major expansion in the country’s smartphone retail market.

Air Link became Apple’s premium partner in Pakistan last year through GNEXT Technologies, the official distributor, intending to transform how Pakistanis buy and experience Apple products while making premium technology more accessible.

Adding to the excitement, Apple recently introduced the iPhone 17 series, featuring a brighter, scratch-resistant display and an upgraded front camera designed for sharper, high-quality selfies.

With the first Apple store set to launch and new devices entering the market, 2025 is shaping up to be a milestone year for tech enthusiasts in Pakistan.
