The Sindh government has announced a two-day holiday on October 20 and 21 for Hindu employees across the province in celebration of the Diwali festival.
According to an official notification issued by the Department of Services, General Administration and Coordination, the holidays will apply to all government and semi-government offices, institutions, schools, colleges, universities, and local councils.
The announcement allows members of the Hindu community to celebrate Diwali with their families and loved ones.
