Pakistan Railways restores popular passenger train

Pakistan Railways has announced that the Bulleh Shah Passenger Train will resume operations between Lahore and Pakpattan via Kasur from July 17, aiming to provide better travel facilities for passengers on the route.

The train will run daily, departing from Pakpattan at 5:00 am and arriving in Lahore at 10:50 am. For the return trip, it will leave Lahore at 4:00 pm and reach Pakpattan at 9:30 pm.

The service will pass through Kasur, Raiwind and Kot Lakhpat, restoring rail connectivity to major destinations along the route.

According to Pakistan Railways, the train will consist of five economy-class coaches and one power van to provide a more convenient travel option for daily commuters and other passengers.
