The Punjab government has announced fresh vacancies in the Home Department under the Media Thinktank for Resilience & Counter-Narrative Initiative, offering contract-based jobs with market-competitive salaries.
According to the advertisement, applications are being invited from suitable and qualified candidates for the positions of Video Editor/Animator, Graphic Designer, Social Media Optimization Expert, Digital Media Monitoring Assistant, and Electronic Media Monitoring Assistant.
A total of seven vacancies are available. Two seats have been allocated, each for Video Editor/Animator and Graphic Designer, while one vacancy each has been announced for Social Media Optimization Expert, Digital Media Monitoring Assistant, and Electronic Media Monitoring Assistant.
Candidates are required to apply online through the Punjab Job Portal. After completing the online application process, applicants must send a hard copy of the application form along with an updated CV, attested copies of CNIC, domicile, educational certificates, experience documents, two recent passport-size photographs, and other relevant papers through registered courier to the Home Department.
The deadline for submitting applications is May 26, 2026. Applications received after office hours on the closing date will not be entertained.

The advertisement mentions that only candidates with a valid Punjab domicile can apply. It also clarifies that the jobs are purely contract-based and may be extended depending on performance and contract terms.
Employees working in government or semi-government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate from their respective departments. No TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview process.
The Home Department has reserved the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without giving any reason.
