The Punjab government will begin the Horse and Cattle Show 2026 in Lahore on March 28, with the opening ceremony set to take place at Fortress Stadium.
One of the main attractions of the festival will be the float parades planned from March 28 to April 11. These parades will travel along major roads across Lahore and showcase vibrant displays reflecting rural traditions and regional culture.
A vintage car and motorcycle exhibition will also take place at the Lahore Polo Club on March 29. The venue will later host an international polo match on April 1 along with the Arab Horse Dressage and Tent Pegging Championships.
The Horse and Cattle Exhibition is scheduled at Fortress Stadium from April 3 to April 5. Farmers, livestock breeders and experts from different parts of the country are expected to participate by presenting their finest animals.

Various competitions and displays will focus on the quality of different cattle breeds as well as the historic importance of horse breeding.
Meanwhile a circus show will run at Jilani Park from March 31 to April 11. A food and music festival, along with a fashion showcase is also planned from April 10 to April 12.
A Sufi festival will take place at Hazuri Bagh on April 12. Kabaddi matches and other sports competitions will be held at Jilani Park and a cycle race will also be included in the program.
The closing ceremony of the Horse and Cattle Show 2026 will be held on April 18 where highlights from the festival activities will be presented.
