The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has launched its Online Application Submission and Information System (OASIS), now accessible at https://eservices.pta.gov.pk
The national telecom regulator has introduced the OASIS system to streamline and modernize the licensing process for telecom companies and applicants across the country.
On the 77th Independence Day of Pakistan, August 14, the OASIS system handles the entire telecom license application process, making it simpler and stress-free for applicants.
The launch of this system shows PTA’s strong commitment to improving the telecom sector.
One of the biggest advantages of the OASIS system for telecom applicants is the ease of automated CNIC verification through NADRA, real-time company registration with SECP, and seamless online payments through the National Bank of Pakistan, according to Gadinsider.
It seems that Pakistan is also taking steps towards digitizing the old and manual system and moving towards this digital world to compete with other digital countries.
